When will your order arrive?

Please allow 1-2 Business days for your order to be processed.

Once an item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose at checkout will determine how quickly your shipped item is delivered.

Once an order has shipped it will arrive within 6-7 business days. 

During the holidays, due to high volume please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed.

Didn't receive your package on time? 

While we do our best to process orders quickly, we rely on our shipping partners to get it to you on time.  All delivery dates are approximate when placing an order. 

Lost Shipments

All Shipments are considered lost after 20 business days and 39 for international orders. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refund. Packages with a confirmed delivery by a delivery confirmation number are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address is a safe and secure location as packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for refund. 

We will considered offering replacements for orders lost in transit by carrier.

Want to cancel or make changes to your order?

We pride ourselves on shipping orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or edit your order, send us an email to We’ll try our best to help. Unfortunately, after you place an order,  we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes before fulfillment, but will certainly try our best. 

Guaranteed Delivery

Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is the proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will work with you to send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the carrier has a proof of delivery, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Our guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect  handling or carefulness.


1. You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. For USPS, it can take up to 10 business days to deliver your package.

2.You must notify us by email if your package has not arrived or if your received damaged merchandise.

3.Please don't file a false claim. If the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will not send a replacement.

Do we accept returns?

All Snacky Sprinkles sales are final. Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Only thing we would consider for returns is cancel orders, but we are not responsible for the returning shipping fees.

Order cancelation and refund is only accepted within one hour after order confirmation.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.'
